Adrien Dubourg is a Dallas-based multifamily investor and operator, and Co-Principal of Capital Boutiq Investment Platform, a vertically integrated investment and operations platform serving the DFW market. Capital Boutiq currently oversees 650+ units across Denton County, with asset management, property management, and investor relations handled in-house. Adrien is also a Board member of Bracket Real Estate Inc., an AI-powered brokerage and disposition platform built to modernize how multifamily (and CRE) assets are marketed and sold. A CPA by training with prior M&A advisory experience at a Big 4 firm in New York, Adrien brings institutional underwriting discipline and operator-level execution to every transaction — spanning acquisitions, repositioning, capital formation, tax exemption strategies and disposition.

Outside of real estate, Adrien is deeply engaged in his faith and community. He serves as a Bible study leader at Watermark Community Church. He is a member of GoBundance and GRI Club, and previously served on the board of Men of Nehemiah. He also leads Kingdom Works Ministry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit he founded to advance affordable workforce housing, youth chaplaincy, and marketplace discipleship. French-born and raised abroad, now proudly American (and Texan) Adrien lives in DFW with his wife Magali — Co-Principal and COO of Capital Boutiq — and their two sons.
